Document prepared on 26 July 2026

For visitors in the European Union, cookies and similar technologies are governed by the ePrivacy rules and GDPR. Non-essential cookies normally require clear, specific, informed and freely given consent before they are stored or read.
Consent Requirements
-
Do not pre-tick boxes or treat silence as consent for non-essential cookies.
-
Give users clear information about each non-essential cookie category before consent.
-
Allow users to accept, reject and later change non-essential cookie choices.
-
Keep records of cookie consent where a consent management platform is used.
-
Update the cookie list whenever Wix apps, tracking pixels, analytics or marketing tools are added.
Current DESIGN&PRINT; Workflow Cookies
The reviewed backend shows a signed portal session cookie called dp_portal_session with a one-hour expiry. This is treated as strictly necessary for staff/client portal access. The documents did not identify analytics or advertising cookies in the backend code reviewed.
Retention and Third Parties
Cookie lifetimes should be kept no longer than necessary and listed in the live cookie table. Third-party providers such as Wix, Stripe, QuickBooks or Google may set their own cookies when their services are opened; their own notices should be consulted.
