What Cookies Are

Cookies and similar technologies are small files or identifiers placed on a device so a website can work, remember settings, maintain login sessions, measure use or support third-party services.

Consent

Strictly necessary cookies can be used because they are needed for the service to work. Analytics, advertising, tracking or non-essential functional cookies should only be set after clear consent, and users should be able to withdraw consent as easily as they gave it.

How To Control Cookies

Users can block or delete cookies in their browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop portal login, artwork approval, upload or payment features from working correctly.

Protection Measures

To ensure your AI art prints look professional, you need to format the files correctly:

  • Portal sessions are signed and expire after a limited period.

  • Admin, workflow and backup areas are protected by access checks.

  • Secrets and integration keys are stored through Wix Secrets rather than hard-coded into public pages.

  • Customer approval and upload pages use token links and should be shared only with the intended recipient.

  • Users should keep browsers updated and avoid sharing approval/upload links publicly.
